On January 17, 2014, Schneider Electric acquired Invensys PLC, the parent company of Robertshaw Industrial Products (RSI), making RSI Valve and Instrumentation one of its operating divisions.

On September 18, 2026, Knox Valve & Switch, Inc., headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee, acquired the intellectual property and assets associated with the Robertshaw Industrial Products (RSI) Valve and Instrumentation product lines.

Under Knox Valve & Switch, we are proud to continue the legacy of these trusted product lines by offering the complete range of products formerly manufactured under the RSI Valve and Instrumentation brand. Our commitment is to ensure uninterrupted product availability, maintain the high standards of quality and performance our customers expect, and provide the exceptional service and technical support that have long been associated with these products.

At this time, expected lead times for vibration products is 9-10 weeks; other products including regulatore at valves is 12 to 13 weeks.
